A alta \u00e9 liderada pelo mercado interno, que responde por 84% da demanda do setor<\/em><\/p>\n

A produ\u00e7\u00e3o brasileira de fundidos entre os meses de janeiro e abril totalizou 766.448 t, ficando 4,0% superior em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao mesmo per\u00edodo de 2018. Os dados fazem parte do balan\u00e7o setorial divulgado mensalmente pela ABIFA \u2013 Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Brasileira de Fundi\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

As pe\u00e7as em ferro fundido responderam pelo maior volume produzido (613.220 t), seguido do a\u00e7o (89.891 t) e dos metais n\u00e3o ferrosos (63.337 t), entre os quais o alum\u00ednio (54.413 t), cobre (6.853 t), zinco (392 t) e magn\u00e9sio (1.680 t).<\/p>\n

No comparativo anual, tanto a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de fundidos em ferro quanto em a\u00e7o aumentaram (+2,0% e +31,7%, respectivamente), ao passo que os n\u00e3o ferrosos ca\u00edram 6,6%. Veja na tabela 1 o detalhamento destes n\u00fameros.<\/p>\n

A demanda dom\u00e9stica continua superando as exporta\u00e7\u00f5es, respondendo por 645.728 t nos quatro primeiros meses do ano. Este volume equivale a uma alta de 6,6% frente 2018.<\/p>\n

As exporta\u00e7\u00f5es, que atualmente representam 15,7% da produ\u00e7\u00e3o brasileira de fundidos, ca\u00edram tanto em peso (8,1)% quanto em valores (13,1)%. A tabela 2 traz um descritivo minucioso dos embarques do setor.<\/p>\n

Para atender a este aumento gradual da demanda, o n\u00famero de colaboradores do setor tem crescido m\u00eas a m\u00eas, totalizando 56.117 profissionais em abril (+4,8% sobre o mesmo m\u00eas 2018).<\/p>\n

Com isso, a produtividade da ind\u00fastria de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o ficou em 41,5 t\/h.a em abril.<\/p>\n

Previs\u00e3o anual<\/p>\n

\n

O incremento de 4,0% da produ\u00e7\u00e3o de fundidos no comparativo anual est\u00e1 aqu\u00e9m do estimado pela entidade para o exerc\u00edcio 2019, mas a expectativa de crescimento de 7% para ano est\u00e1 mantida.<\/p>\n

Tradicionalmente, o desempenho do segundo semestre \u00e9 superior ao dos seis primeiros meses do ano e neste temos um fator adicional: a expectativa da aprova\u00e7\u00e3o da Reforma da Previd\u00eancia, que certamente impulsionar\u00e1 investimentos em todos os setores da economia.<\/p>\n

De acordo com a CNI \u2013 Confedera\u00e7\u00e3o Nacional da Ind\u00fastria, em abril a ind\u00fastria operou, em m\u00e9dia, com 77,8% da capacidade instalada (o maior \u00edndice desde agosto do ano passado), o que \u00e9 uma excelente not\u00edcia.
